What is "Proactive" Print Management? - The PrintNoggin process is a non-intrusive environment that "Proactively" initiates order placement and delivery of toner cartridges, ink cartridges, drums, fusers and maintenance kits before you need them. Instead of waiting on your machines to break down, you can now save money over-all by being proactive and replacing parts at specific print counts. ConservaPrint recommends regular maintenance of your machine to prevent down-time.
Who Qualifies for this Service? - Anyone that prints enough to understand the value of "Never having to order toner again". Because there are NO installation costs, we are able to bring this service to anyone who wants it.
How does it work? - We install a small piece of software to your computer that monitors your printer and reads the toner/ink levels. A re-order level can be set to automatically sends you toner or supplies prior to when they are needed. Simply log in to your ConservaPrint account to view each printer's toner/ink levels. The software monitors your printer, keeps track of page counts and notifies us of any error or service codes generated by the machine. Better maintained machines mean better print quality, less paper jams and an overall improved work-flow.
The above system can be customized and implemented at your organization. Once we evaluate your printer fleet, we'll make recommendations and perform the following necessary steps:
1) We will evaluate your entire print fleet and monthly printing requirements. In the process we'll likely make recommendations to re-position machines and elliminate or replace any "Leaky Faucet" printers currently being under/over utilized.
2) If a full service contract is negotiated, we'll provide a "pre-contract" detailed report of each printer with current maintenance necessary for each machine. With your approval, we'll change out any fusers, drums and maintenance kits needing to be changed before we begin the PrintNoggin service. Because these are pre-contract requirements and based on a printer-by-printer evaluation, charges may vary. Estimates for repairs and/or service we perform will be presented to you for approval prior to the work being done.
